About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Temporary Outbound Call Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects, providing information, conducting surveys, or promoting products and services. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy engaging with people and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Accurately record customer responses and update CRM systems.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate information.
  • Meet daily and weekly call targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve call strategies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Comfortable working with call center software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Schedule: Mon- Fri 10 am- 3pm
  • Pay Rate: $22/HR
  • Start Date: Monday November 11
  • End Date: Temp to Perm assignment
